At a special meeting of the North Huron Board of Education held Wednesday, January 17, two individuals were appointed to open trustee positions. The appointed individuals are Monica Kautz and Issac Viers. Monica resides in the Port Hope area with her husband and daughter. Issac and his wife make their home in Port Austin along with their youngest son. Both Monica and Issac are excited to be serving on the North Huron Board of Education and are looking forward to working with the other board members.
