North Huron high school students will be taking their first semester exams, the week of December 18. The semester will end on December 20 for all students K-12 just in time for the start of winter break. The NH Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Monday, January 15 beginning @ 4:00 p.m. in the Media Center to conduct interviews for the vacant board positions. The meeting is open to the public.

At the August 12 NH Board of Education meeting a decision was made to continue to continue offer free lunch and breakfast to all students so that parents can plan accordingly. Free meals will be provided throughout the entire school year.

Due to the wind chill, North Huron School District will be closed on Wednesday, January 17. There will be no GSRP program. The NH Early Learning Center will remain open. The special board meeting scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. will still be held.
