STEAM NIGHT

North Huron Schools was proud to welcome students, families, and community members to our STEAM Night on Thursday, March 26th. The event was a tremendous success, with a strong turnout of families who came together to explore, create, and learn through hands-on experiences.

Throughout the evening, participants engaged in a wide variety of activities focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. From interactive experiments and creative design challenges to technology-based demonstrations, students had the opportunity to apply their learning in fun and meaningful ways. Our gym and cafeteria were filled with excitement as students collaborated with peers and family members to solve problems, think critically, and showcase their creativity.

Events like STEAM Night highlight the importance of providing engaging, real-world learning experiences that extend beyond the traditional classroom. They also reflect our ongoing commitment to fostering innovation, curiosity, and a love of learning in all of our students.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Polega (Secondary Science Teacher), Mr. Ankley (Science Coordinator), and Mrs. Dhyse (5th Grade Teacher), along with all staff and community members who helped organize and lead the event. We would like to also thank all of the families who were able to attend and support their children at the event. Your involvement makes a meaningful difference in creating a strong and connected school community.

At North Huron, we remain committed to providing special opportunities that inspire our students and prepare them for success—both inside and outside of the classroom.
